Helen O’Hara in conversation with Professor Matthew Worley

Saturday 6 April, 2 – 4pm at Norfolk & Norwich Millenium Library

Join us at the Norfolk and Norwich Millennium Library for a special Big Indie Read Record Club event with Helen O’Hara, in conversation with Professor Matthew Worley. Helen is a violinist, composer, arranger, musical director and co-producer known for her work with Dexys Midnight Runners, Tanita Tikaram and Tim Burgess.

As a collaboration with Norfolk Libraries and Record Club, we’ll be playing the classic Dexys Midnight Runners album ‘Too-Rye-Ay’ in full, on vinyl. Helen will also be reading from her new book ‘What’s She Like’ and answering audience questions.

“To say that Helen O’Hara is a gifted musician is an understatement. She is an absolute genius. She is blessed with natural talent, she has incredible dedication, openness to new ideas and willingness to go the extra mile to create something great. I’m blessed to have worked with her.” Kevin Rowland

Copies of the book will be available for sale.

Booking is essential.

Tea and coffee will be available.
